Hi!
I am Valeria and I welcome you to Yinside, a space dedicated to all those who want to know and explore a special dimension of themselves.
If you feel ready to embark on this journey, then you are in the right place!
Through the tools and valuable knowledge of the ancient disciplines of Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, you can take a path to rediscover the art of cultivating awareness with your body, mind, and the world around you.
You will learn that practice and movement are a tool that can give us access to a deeper dimension of our state of being and thanks to them we can develop our innate intuition and wisdom.
Yinside was born from the idea of creating a space within which it is possible, for anyone who wishes, to find what they need to take care of themselves through movement, breathing, and the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. A way that gives us the opportunity to rediscover harmony, vitality, joy, and clarity in our lives.
Yoga and movement

I teach and practice Hata Vinyasa Yoga, a very fluid style, soft and at the same time quite intense physically. It is a practice that allows you to enter a meditative state thanks to the great attention to the breath coordinated with the movement.
I love this type of practice because it really allows you to consciously explore each asana in a creative and free way, giving space to the body and spirit to flow.
I often like to add some elements from Qi Gong, another Chinese discipline that I study and practice. For this reason, I do not like to define myself too much in a single style of yoga but to create my own personal practice combining different movements, but similar principles and benefits.

About me

My name is Valeria and I have a master degree in Chinese language and culture. I started practicing yoga on my first trip to China in 2015 and today I am a Yoga certified teacher.
The Far East and China in particular are one of my greatest passions together with sports and the mountains.
I founded the Yinside project with the aim of creating a space within which you can learn to read your body language through the ancient disciplines of Yoga and Chinese Medicine.
